We currently ship across USA to most serviceable pin codes through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Please note:
- Delivery may not be available in some remote or rural areas.
- If your location is not serviceable, our support team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements or order cancellation.

Packaging of Plants
We take extra care in packaging live plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Our packaging process includes:
- Secure wrapping to protect roots and stems
- Ventilated boxes for airflow
- Moisture retention packaging for live plants
Minor soil spillage or slight leaf movement during transit is normal and does not qualify as damage.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

- Updates on the delivery status of your order
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected time, please contact our support team.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
