Return & Replacement Policy – Royal Palm Plant Store

At Royal Palm Plant Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering healthy and fresh plants. Since plants are live products and can be sensitive during shipping, our Return & Replacement Policy is designed to ensure a fair and hassle-free experience.

Live Plant Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we generally do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged plant
  • A dead plant on arrival
  • The wrong item
  • A missing item

You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Replacement Eligibility

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Your Order ID / Invoice number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the package and plant upon arrival

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

No Refund Policy

At this time, Royal Palm Plant Store does not offer monetary refunds for live plants once shipped.

Approved claims may receive:

  • A replacement plant
  • Store credit
  • Discount coupon for future purchases

depending on the situation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

After verification, we will:

  • Ship a replacement product, or
  • Offer store credit / alternative resolution

at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • No refund will be issued for shipped orders.

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

Return Conditions for Non-Plant Items

For gardening accessories, pots, tools, or other non-perishable items:

Returns may be accepted within 3–7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Failed Delivery / Wrong Address

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refused delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply.

No refund will be provided for perishable/live plants in such cases.

Replacement Process

Once your claim is approved:

  • Replacement orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Delivery timelines depend on your location
